SHIPPING & RETURNS
PACKAGING
We pack our shipments in cardboard envelopes or boxes that are recyclable. We use cellophane and protective foil to a limited extent. We strive to secure the goods as best as possible to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Therefore, we use both new packaging and reuse foils and boxes, aiming to minimize the amount of waste generated. In consideration of the environment, we use packaging materials certified by organizations such as FSC, PEFC, Climate Partner, and EU Ecolabel.
SHIPPING
Once your order is placed and payment is processed, the package will be sent to the address provided by you within 3-5 business days. If the order processing time changes, we will inform you promptly. In cases where the processing time of certain items is longer than usual or when a product is temporarily unavailable (e.g., due to participation in an exhibition), the relevant information will be displayed on the product page, and you will also be notified after placing the order. Once the package is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation.
We ship internationally to EU countries. If you are interested in shipping to a non-EU country, please contact us, providing the product name and the address to which you would like it shipped. We will check the available shipping options, including prices and delivery times, for the specified location. You make the final decision regarding the delivery option. Please note that international shipments are non-returnable.
SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping cost depends on the size and weight of the package, as well as whether the order is being shipped within Poland or abroad. The shipping fee will be displayed during the ordering process. We ship packages with DPD, DHL, UPS, or InPost couriers. All shipments are insured against damage during transportation. If you receive a damaged package, please file a damage report in the presence of the courier and notify us immediately. Once we receive a refund from the courier company, we will promptly refund your money.
RETURNS
As a customer who has concluded a remote agreement, you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason. Simply send us a statement of withdrawal by email to hello@leitmotifeditions.pl. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send the statement before the end of the 14-day period from the date of receiving the package. The cost of returning the package is borne by the Customer. Returns do not apply to international orders.
Upon receiving your withdrawal statement, we will refund the full amount paid (including the delivery cost) within 14 days. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method you chose during purchase, unless we agree with you on another refund method. You will not incur any additional costs related to this process in any case.
